Are you looking for an opportunity to work one-on-one with innovative entrepreneurs to get their legal ducks in a row? Our law firm is looking for the next associate attorney to provide high-touch legal counsel to our clients.
Spend your days helping business owners who are just trying to figure out what they need legally to protect their brand, their content, and their business. Real people with small (but growing!) companies, big ideas, fast-moving technology, and grand dreams. Energetic clients who not only love talking with you, but actually take your advice.
No fire alarms, demanding that you revise contracts at midnight on a Saturday (that no one will look at until Tuesday anyway). Flexible contract drafting, copyright, and trademark projects that you can complete when it makes sense for your schedule. No yelling. Hard work but plenty of time off to hit the pool or go on a bike ride.
Collaborative, supportive team members. Autonomy to get your work done without micromanaging. Nice clients. Champagne toasts for a job well done.
You will work closely with our senior attorneys and founder, conduct legal research, negotiate and draft contracts and trademark applications, and counsel clients directly (well, over zoom).
If you are a mid-level attorney with law firm or in-house experience, ready to advance your career while living your best life, we want to hear from you!
