Our law group is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic family attorney who will zealously represent our clients in all areas of family law. You’ll assist individuals in a variety of situations such as navigating prenuptial agreements and attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support.

Strong candidates will have a demonstrated interest in client-facing trial work and be ready to handle a range of sensitive legal issues such as child support, child custody, and domestic violence. This position requires an attorney who can maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations. • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and legal team members
• Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgments, and orders for a high volume of cases with supervision from an experienced attorney in a team-oriented environment
• Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
• Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current and organized
• Maintain the firm's high standards for client service and legal ethics at all times

• Possession of a valid North Carolina law license (must be in hand)
• Candidates should be skilled communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
