You will work closely with our senior associates and we will provide training and support. Cases can be resolved in a few months as opposed to years providing clients with positive results in a relatively short timeframe.

If you’ve recently graduated from law school, have excellent fact-finding and communication skills, and are ready to jump-start your career, we want to hear from you! You do not need to be licensed in Colorado. If you have an active license in any jurisdiction you can practice before the IRS. Our office is casual and most work is done over the phone and by email.

We are located between beautiful Boulder, Colorado and Denver, Colorado.

• Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently
• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients

• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for support staff
• Conduct research, prepare for and attend hearings, and provide counsel
• Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, and settlement agreements

• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school

• Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills are required in order to work with clients, staff members, and senior associates
• Ability to work with senior associates to best serve client needs and grow client base
