Do you enjoy helping people?

Do you want to be part of a growing organization with a commitment to leaving every interaction better than it started?

Are you looking for a team, that provides you with the support you need and want, to do the job and do it well?

Would you enjoy the opportunity to interact with clients daily, design and execute strategies to achieve clients' goals, and shape firm processes changing efficiency and overall value to the client for the better - rather than push paper all day?

Do you get excited about opportunities to grow personally and professionally?

For solo practitioners: Do you miss practicing law - since you always find yourself tied up in the business end of things? Are you ready to make a larger impact with the support of a team behind you? Would you like for someone else to deal with staffing and manage the operations?

For lateral attorneys: Are you ready to get serious about work-life balance? To have dependable support staff that is held accountable for fulfilling their role on the team, who actually frees you up to perform legal services instead of all of the administrative stuff?

Well hey! It's great to meet you!

About GA Probate Lawyers

Who We Are:

We are a probate and elder law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need a motivated, experienced attorney to join our team and work directly with the owner and attorneys to support the team and help clients. Since we’re in the middle of a growth spurt, we really need an attorney who can hit the ground running.

We are a tech-forward firm, so you should be comfortable with learning new software, playing with the latest apps, and be able to solve basic tech problems yourself. If you're scared or simply not a fan of new tech, this position is probably not the best for you.

We are a client and goal-focused firm known for educating and empowering clients to make informed choices, and for helping our clients navigate the estate planning process and court system with as little stress as possible by supporting the whole person and efficiently and ethically representing them.
