• Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff
• Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients
• Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings, and give general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys
• Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings

• Collaborate with clients and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently

• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving skills are necessary to work with all levels of staff and clients

• Ability to work with managing attorney and staff to best serve clients' needs and grow our client base
• Desire and ability to handle litigation matters without intensive handholding by managing attorney
