The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of litigation experience with preference given to attorneys with construction law experience.

The "sweet spot" of our work involves assisting homeowners before, during, and after new build or home renovation projects; although we have plenty of other litigation work in the business and real estate arenas. We have a lot of homeowner clients that we help "pre-suit" by assisting them through a stalled or abandoned construction project. Candidates who have experience with these types of issues will be given a great opportunity to win this job.

We are looking for someone who can handle all aspects of legal services for the firm with minimal supervision but in conjunction with our excellent existing team of two attorneys, a paralegal, a Director of Client Relations, and a Client Intake Manager, We are growing fast, and we need an attorney who can hit the ground running. Your stellar work will permit the firm’s founder to focus on the projects that will supercharge the firm’s growth.

Our entire team works from our office in East Boca Raton. Our entire team is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

In this position, you will earn a base salary plus bonuses based upon both originations and revenue collection; Total compensation will depend upon you achieving and exceeding your billable hour standards and goals.

Compensation: $85,000 - $145,000+ inclusive of earned bonuses annually.

• Communicating empathetically with emotional, non-institutional clients in need of valuable, real-life guidance with issues of great importance to them
• Reviewing a client's issues on legal matters, analyzing available options, and diligently working to determine the best course of action
• Resolving disputes non-litigiously when it is not in the client’s best interest to litigate
• Recognizing when your client has the upper hand and extracting a settlement or achieving a result the client considers to be a “home run” 
• Tenaciously and proactively litigating construction, business, real estate, and property damage cases that need to be litigated
• Coordinating and executing all phases of pre-trial discovery
• Trying cases when necessary
• Religiously tracking and accounting for your time
• Guiding homeowners through issues common to renovation projects including issues relating to payments, timing, and quality of work

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience - construction litigation experience a plus.
• Trial experience or the desire to try cases is a plus.
