We are looking for a part-time litigation attorney who has solid business litigation experience and can research, write, and argue an appellate lawyer in written and oral arguments.
You must be very personable, reliable, know how to manage your time efficiently, work independently, enjoy working together as a team, and have a sense of humor, along with understanding the importance of growth both personally and professionally.
The expectation is roughly 10-20 hours of work a week. You will be handling some of the cases, from drafting the complaint to when the matter is resolved either through settlement or trial. In some other matters, you will be working together with the principal attorney. If you don't have 10-20 hours a week or so available, or if you do not have experience handling cases from start to finish and/or if you're afraid to quote legal fees to potential clients, please do not apply.
You can work from home, or your own office, and occasionally there will be a time that working from our office may be needed. We adhere to Covid-19 safety protocols. The health and safety of team members and clients is our top priority. However, we are not Covid-19 phobic.
