Associate Attorney Social Security Disability
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Social Security Disability department in our Albany, NY office. Our practice continues to grow, and we are looking for a highly-motivated, dedicated attorney who is ready to become part of a top-quality law firm.

Essential Functions:
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Duties include all aspects of case development and preparation to represent clients at their disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
- Attorneys will also be called upon to assist with oversight and provide guidance to support staff in matters related to legal issues or the handling of claims.
- Current admission to NYS Bar
- Strong written and verbal/communication skills
- Desire to become a contributor to an excellent team of attorneys and support staff
- One or more years or hearing/courtroom experience or experience taking testimony in litigation or other administrative proceedings
- Willingness to learn and develop skills necessary to further their career working with clients who are injured or disabled
- Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
