We're are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our retail store and mechanic shop. This position is best suited for somebody who is outgoing, has exceptional customer service skills, and enjoys talking about power equipment. We carry best-in-class brands, including Stihl, Honda, and Ariens.

Position Requirements

• Greet customers as they enter the store
• Schedule pick-up and delivery of equipment
• Consult customers to find the best product for their needs
• Complete sales transactions
• Uhaul rental check-in and check-out
• Answer phone and email

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or setting
• Basic computer skills
• Great communication skills. Must speak English fluently, and a bonus if fluent in Spanish as well
• Can physically move around well to help carry equipment and hook up Uhaul trailers in icy and snow conditions
• Understand or can easily learn power equipment specs
• The ability to lift 50 lbs
• Knowledge of power equipment and previous sales experience are a bonus
