The San Francisco Film School is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Registrar Manager to join our team. Top-notch organizational skills, experience working in a school environment, customer service oriented, a sense of humor, and a passion for changing people’s lives are all requirements for the job.
Experience working in a post-secondary school is a BIG plus. Our current staff is diverse and dynamic. We work best with self-motivated, good-natured, and creative people.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Assistant Dean / Registrar in administrative duties
- Maintain student records according to COE, Department of Education, and VA standards
- Assist in updating and maintaining student database
- Sending out collateral to students
- Work with enrolled students
- Assist with communications
- Update schedules
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Experience working in an educational environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating government rules and regulations
- Strong writing and verbal skills
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- The desire to work in a creative community
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
Compensation
$22 - $26 hourly
