The ideal candidate will be professional at all times, exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Property Manager will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee client's investment properties.

• Onboarding new accounts
• Marketing and leasing the homes
• Preparing contracts
• Processing rental applications
• Lease signings
• Lease renewals
• File audits for new accounts and new resident move in’s
• Delinquency notification to owners
• Move-in/out walkthroughs

• Must have 1+ years of background in Property Management
• Excellent customer service and reasoning skills
• Works well with Team Members 
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize time-sensitive deadlines
• Exudes knowledge of overall leasing process
• Rent Manager software experience is a plus
• Systematic on details and follow up
• Excels in problem-solving and communicating effectively
• Position is in office with routine property walkthrough visits
• Monday-Friday 8:30-5 pm and on-call one weekend per month
• Real Estate license is required. Should you not have a license, you will be required to obtain one within 90 days. Upon licensing, employer will reimburse the cost of real estate schooling and pay for future Continuing Education courses.
