Our leading Single Family Homes Property Management firm is looking for an Assistant Property Manager. The ideal candidate must manage the Leasing Process (Hands ON) and manage the Rent Ready process. Strong customer service skills in dealing with residents, and vendors are a must.

This position requires someone who has computer skills, is able to take initiative, is well organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys problem resolution. Prior experience in property management is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Leasing and Marketing
  • Conduct move out and move-in reconciliation
  • Mange the rent ready process including a walkthrough of houses using our Proprietary Software
  • Processing background checks on new applicants
  • We are a team, there is no such thing as not my job

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License is NOT required for this job


  • Leasing or Sales experience helpful. Friendly Attitude Required
  • Property Management or Real Estate experience preferred but not required
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Software (Excel Word, Outlook)
  • Strong problem solving, communicative, and conflict resolution skills required
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and able to perform well with deadlines
  • Current with relevant technology trends
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
  • You must have a valid Drivers License Auto Insurance and a late model vehicle
  • We pay the highest possible mileage reimbursement
  • You MUST have a Great Work Ethic, Logic, and Common Sense

Compensation
$37,440 - $45,760 yearly
