Assistant Project Managers have the opportunity to secure each client’s legacy by:

• Providing exceptional professional communication in person, by phone, and by email
• Elevating the experience for each individual client
• Taking extensive notes as clients meet with attorneys
• Preparing a comprehensive asset list that reflects the client’s estate
• Gathering all pertinent information for the team to ensure a smooth turnaround time
• Liaising between clients, attorneys, and team members to ensure each client’s goals and objectives are met
• Clearly and concisely communicating project status to internal and external parties to ensure all deadlines are met
• Following projects through to the end in a timely manner

The incumbent must possess integrity, perseverance, and high attention to detail. A successful Assistant Project Manager at McCullough Law is a confident communicator, humble and willing to learn, patient, accountable, and proactive. As this position requires exactness, it is critical that applicants possess integrity, high standards of excellence, and keen observation.

$30,000 - 52,000/year, Pay is DOE; Paid time off and paid holidays; Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, and gym membership reimbursement

• Think critically to ensure goals and objectives of the client’s plan and the attorney’s recommendations are met
• Contribute to attorney meetings as needed to gather all information
• Take clear and thorough notes with a big-picture perspective to capture the client’s objectives throughout the process
• Gather complete asset lists that accurately reflect each client’s estate
• Perform asset analysis per the attorney’s recommendations
• Precisely interpret and enact estate plan recommendations
• Communicate customization to legal drafters according to individual client’s wishes
• Follow through on a problem until a solution is found
• Develop sophisticated knowledge of estate planning
• Contribute to process and document improvement

• 2 years of professional business, legal, or office experience required
• Minimum of 1-year professional-client relations experience required
• Outstanding attention to detail and organization skills
• Curious problem solver with an inclination to question everything
• Analytical skills with the ability to connect the dots
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines on multiple projects at a time
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage stress
• Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to draft professional correspondence
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Outlook
• Professionally presentable
