Assistant Office Manager & Human Resources

We’re looking for a highly driven assistant office manager to lead our administrative staff. You will collaborate with the office manager in overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, recruiting and training new employees, and ensuring our administrative support is accurately following office procedures.

The ideal candidate is an organized and efficient leader who loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work. Adept at finding new talent to create a stronger team for the firm.   • Assist in office management including day-to-day operations, human resources, and office administration duties
  • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget
  • Make sure office procedures are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards
  • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers, and customers as a representative of our organization
  • Responsible for creating job postings, screening resumes and candidates, scheduling interviews
  • Accountable for designated office manager responsibilities when OM is not in the office
  • Troubleshooting administrative/back office bottlenecks and backlogs
  • Purchasing of accident/crash reports and medical records.
  • Willingness to support your colleagues on projects and tasks


  • Experience posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and screening candidates
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • 2 years of office administrative work is strongly preferred
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • If you are missing the HR experience, it can be complemented with strong office manager experience

$20+ per hour
