Assistant Office Manager - Law Firm

We are seeking candidates to work as Assistant Office Manager. This is an ideal position for a hard-working, highly motivated person looking for an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment in the legal field and to help people.  Applicants must have a positive attitude, possess the ability to work under pressure, and be committed to serving our clients and working in the legal field. 

The Assistant Office Manager must be a self-starter, highly organized, demonstrate that they possess the ability to meet deadlines, and be effective and efficient.

  • Support the Firm Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the firm
  • Assist with the following Human Resources functions: recruitment, review resumes, phone screens, onboarding, training
  • Assist with the distribution and association of documents utilizing client management software
  • Provide support to legal assistants and case managers as directed by Office Manager
  • Provide backup to mailroom and reception functions
  • Other duties as assigned by management


  • Demonstrated work experience and successful track record in hiring and training employees
  • Minimum of 2 years of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law
  • Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated experience
  • Progressive level of responsibility in previous positions
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish is a +

$40,000 - $45,000 per year DOE

Job Type

Full Time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt

Hours are M-Th 8:30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8:30am to 5:00pm
