Assistant Office Manager - Law Firm
We are seeking candidates to work as Assistant Office Manager. Responsibilities
- Support the Firm Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the firm
- Assist with the following Human Resources functions: recruitment, review resumes, phone screens, onboarding, training
- Assist with the distribution and association of documents utilizing client management software
- Provide support to legal assistants and case managers as directed by Office Manager
- Provide backup to mailroom and reception functions
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Demonstrated work experience and successful track record in hiring and training employees
- Minimum of 2 years of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law
- Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated experience
- Progressive level of responsibility in previous positions
- Bilingual – English/Spanish is a +
Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000 per year DOE

Job Type
Full Time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt
Hours are M-Th 8:30am to 5:30pm, Fridays 8:30am to 5:00pm
