Under the guidance of the Leasing Manager, the Assistant Leasing Manager is accountable for the marketing and renting of all available properties. The ideal candidate should have a natural fascination for speaking with others, brainstorming creative marketing solutions, and feeling rewarded when goals are met. Strict organization, meeting deadlines and following procedures will be your keys to success. You must be an effective communicator and manager of resources, including people.

Candidates with prior marketing experience in social media will be given preference. Salary will depend on the experience and cultural fit of the candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Create marketing strategies, both online and offline
  • Oversee the Company website and content
  • Ensure properties are being leased and advertised efficiently
  • Oversee the sublease process between current residents and prospects
  • Provide concierge customer service to residents
  • Create and implement a Company schedule for social media marketing
  • Assess and respond to social media reviews and comments
  • Train, manage and assess the work of Leasing Agents
  • Collaborate with staff and update Company procedures
  • Perform tours of available properties to prospective residents
  • Assist the Leasing Manager on tasks associated with marketing and leasing
Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Post-Secondary education, preferred
  • CPM certification, a plus

Qualifications

  • 2-3 year work history in property management or marketing
  • Expert in MS Office, emphasis on Excel, and general computer knowledge
  • Exceptional time management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Highly organized, concise and ability to perform well under stress to meet deadlines
  • High-spirited and enthusiastic around others
  • Strong ability to market and close deals
  • Valid Driver's License and operating vehicle
Compensation
$16.00 - $19.00 hourly
