KW Key Partners is looking for an Assistant Market Center Administrator - AMCA (Finance Manager) for our fast-paced office located in Prairie Village, Kansas in the center of the Kansas City Metropolitan area. You must have bookkeeping and office management experience. The AMCA is a vital part of our leadership team and plays an important role in working with our agents, in addition to managing financial operation of the Market Center and reporting to the CFO. A candidate for this position must be a multi-tasker, energetic, positive, growth-minded, detail oriented, professional, tech-capable and ready to assist the Team Leader in supporting agents building careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living!

Our AMCA will be motivated, fast paced, and excited about working with a dynamic group of real estate professionals in a high productivity, deadline driven environment. As a high ranking and critical member of the leadership team, we are looking for an individual with strong financial management, people management and development skills, attention to detail, high standards, and an appetite for success.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all administrative systems/operations of the office 
  • Financial Record Keeping/Bookkeeping/Reporting 
  • Supporting Keller Williams agents in growing their businesses through MREA and CGI

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead, oversee, refine and implement systems to manage real estate transactions as well as general office operations and staff.

Qualifications

Background in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Finance Preferred. We are looking for a strong leader who could grow into the CFO role for our company.

Compensation
$30, 000 - $45,000 yearly
