We are the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing and industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities are actively searching for an Assistant Manager/Office Clerk for a facility located in Chattanooga, TN.
Duties will include:
- Assisting manager with payroll, new hire orientation and paperwork
- Scheduling hours, running background checks, completing drug tests on new associates
- Typing up memos for management
- Training new employees
- Assist in plant safety inspections
- Other duties as requested
- Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
- Must have at least two (2) years clerical/office experience preferably with some HR background in recruiting and on-boarding
- Previous safety training a plus!
- Must have reliable transportation, pass a drug screen, and a background check
$13 - $16 per hour
