We are seeking an Assistant Market Center Administrator to join the award-winning leadership team at Keller Williams Realty Hoover, in Hoover, Al.  The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, an accommodating and supportive spirit, as well as strong attention to detail.   They will have consistency, strong follow-up skills, and great follow-through.   Ongoing professionalism with staff, leadership, sales associates, clients, and vendors is essential.   They will be flexible enough to handle the growth and demands of our fast-paced, high-profile office while being persistent and organized with routine, repetitive tasks and comfortable maintaining existing systems and implementing new ones.   The ideal candidate will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, the ability to focus in a distracting environment, unwavering integrity, a results-oriented mindset, growth-minded, and a self-disciplined focus.


  • Accounts receivable and payable. This is a core function of this job each day.
  • Time management. Cutting agents' checks in a timely manner so that expectations are met.
  • Detail and task-oriented. Attention to numbers and entering them correctly is critical.
  • Ritz Carlton service. We seek a 5-star customer and agent experience daily, hourly, and by the min.
  • Servant leadership. Interaction with clients, agents, and vendors is daily.


  • Know what debits and credits are.
  • Ability to handle multiple checking accounts.
  • Ability to follow and create systems.
