You will work with General Manager to manage the repair shop workflow.
- Manage shop workforce which includes Diagnosticians, Removal and Reinstall Technicians, Repair and Rebuilds Technicians, and other crew members
- Order needed parts and supplies to support the workforce effort to complete assigned and scheduled work
- Manage small parts department with a budget
- Manage software data entry of parts to assigned work
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Automotive accreditation or Acquired Knowledge in automotive technologies
- People management skills are a must
- Computer skills are necessary
- Good communication and planning skills are essential
- Excel in achieving or surpassing goals
- Proven problem solver
