The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations and overall management and direction of our Community in accordance with property policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. You will hire, market, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise staff in accordance with company policy. And you are the face of the Company. You will represent the Company to our staff, families, and our network of care providers.

  • Experience in working as a caregiver
  • Knowledge and experience assisted living and dementia care
  • Able to operate a computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in mgmt (assisted living facility a plus).

We service Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Roseville, Folsom, and Granite Bay. We have a variety of hours starting at 5 hours up to 24-hour shifts, morning to overnight options. We work with your schedule and availability!
