CottageCare of Charlotte is looking for a full time, salaried assistant manager position for our local office. This position works under the supervision of the franchise manager. CottageCare is part of a network of service centers that provide home cleaning services in 43 markets in the U.S. and Canada and has been well known for its customer service and attention to detail for over 35 years.

  • Scheduling services and meeting and building customer relationships in their homes and over the phone   
  • Scheduling our team members each day
  • Training new and current team members in homes and in office
  • Managing staffing needs
  • Computer General
  • Daily tracking for team members timecards and customer accounting
  • General administrative duties
  • Social media familiarity
  • Maintaining equipment and supplies

  • Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience
  • Exceptional proven customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
  • Experience in basic accounting
  • Willingness to follow and train our standard operating procedures
  • A vehicle to drive, valid drivers license, proof of car insurance
  • A clean background check and driving record
  • A strong desire to excel
$40,000 - $60,000 yearly
