We are searching for an assistant to Real Estate coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to assist with the real estate process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS, and managing and monitoring coordination of any/all services. Assist with scheduling open houses, as well as preparing necessary materials. This critical position requires someone with an exceptional attitude who loves to serve others. • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
• Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell
• Coordinate all listing information such as property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS market research for comparable properties
• Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
• Arrange all buyers’ showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales

• Deliver and Retrieve lockboxes, OPEN Riders, and marketing materials to clients

• Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
• Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
• College experience preferred but not required to apply
• Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format
• Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one

• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
