We’re looking for a professional and experienced assistant housekeeping supervisor to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay at our brand-new hotel that just opened in September 2022. You’ll assist in leading the housekeeping team, ensuring team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocols. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role would be preferred. • Assist in managing daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest room and public areas
• Assist in handling the hiring, training and scheduling of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Assist in tracking of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs

• Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
• A High school diploma or GED is required
• Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department [experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department, preferred but not required]
