The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will manage and supervise all activities relating to the restaurant outlets and bars. To ensure client satisfaction while being able to lead and motivate his/her team to exceed the customer's expectations and maintain the highest standards of products and services to maximize profitability through cost and labor control.

Ideal candidate will have experience with restaurants and or banquets. Experience motivating, training and outstanding guest service skills.
