We are looking for an assistant manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently in our Tap Room. The assistant manager is responsible for ordering kitchen supplies and equipment, managing team schedules, and controlling costs so the restaurant remains profitable. They supervise all restaurant staff performance and must hire and train new team members. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service in a high-volume environment. You should also be available to work within our opening hours, including weekends and holidays. • Provide operation and shift schedules for all team members
• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations and ensure that the facility is clean and well-maintained
• Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards
• Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
• Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant

• Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• We require some experience working in the food service industry
• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
