Appointment Schedulers have the opportunity to secure each client’s legacy by:

  • interacting with individual clients to provide an exceptional client experience
  • scheduling and preparing clients, team members, and attorneys for timely meetings
  • coordinating calls, meetings, and consultations between attorneys, clients, and clients' financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
  • drafting and sending professional email correspondence

The incumbent in this position will be successful if they are humble, versatile, accountable, and proactive. As this position will require exactness, it is critical that applicants possess integrity, attention to detail, high standards of excellence, and keen observation.

No legal experience or education is necessary. Applicants must be available to work full-time Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Only applicants with this availability should apply.

$14 - $19 hourly *DOE

  • Elevate the experience for individual clients and referral sources
  • Respond to phone calls from prospective and current clients
  • Maintain an organized internal office calendar
  • Manage calendar invitations
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with clients and associated parties
  • Create and organize client files and accurately enter information
  • Support the Scheduling Coordinator in day-to-day operations and in building the scheduling department of the firm
  • Coordinate with several external parties for a variety of meetings and appointments
  • Set up Zoom meetings with external parties
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure individual client's needs are met


  • 2 years professional office experience and/or professional client relations experience required
  • 1 year scheduling experience preferred
  • Outstanding organization and problem-solving skills
  • Acute attention to and love of details
  • Exceptional, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to accurately convey important information by phone, email, and in person
  • Ability to be proactive, anticipate needs, and be adaptable
  • Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • A genuine "people person" who provides positive professionalism with a passion for delivering “above and beyond” customer service
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other programs preferred

$14 - $19 hourly
