The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous secretarial experience
  • Basic accounting background
  • Ability to learn technology platforms easily and demonstrate them to others
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in others and meeting their needs,

Candidate must :

  • Be a self-starter
  • Demonstrate initiative and be a flexible team player
  • Have a strong sense of urgency with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Prefer someone who has worked in a large, fast-paced professional office environment and has experience working with a team.

Key Skills: Accounting, Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word, strong written and verbal communication skills.
