Here's who you are: 
Diligent, Trustworthy, friendly, so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Are you driven by the commission and competition? Do you have the need to close a sale and are intuitively good with numbers? If these apply to you we may be a perfect match. Previous lead management experience is preferred but not required. You should be familiar with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly!

This candidate is a fast starter is extremely money-motivated and is looking for the right opportunity to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career with a great company that truly cares.

  • Afraid to negotiate for better assignment fees

  • Unwilling to deal with difficult conversations with potential buyers


  • Cold-calling potential buyers and follow-ups with potential buyers to create a book of business and grow your pipeline
  • Develop a long-term working relationship with a potential customer to ensure the best financial return for the company
  • Prepare and send contracts for signature
  • Conduct property walkthroughs and/or assign an inspection team to do so
  • Utilize company CRM to contact potential buyers to close deals for the company
  • Comfortable with driving to and from appointments to show properties and/or arrange inspections
  • Ability to compete with other project managers to obtain the highest-priced sale
  • Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
  • Negotiate by phone, email, and in-person a win/win solution for both parties
  • Build rapport to gain a "know, like, trust" factor
  • Confidently overcome objections
  • Build relationships with new buyers and continue relationships with current buyers
  • Work closely with the transaction coordinator
  • Work directly with the acquisitions team once a contract is acquired

  • Successful negotiations skill-set
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license as you may be required to drive to different appointments at different properties all over Southern California
