Art Therapist with LCPC or LCSW
We love empowering women! It all starts with the empowerment of our team of clinicians (currently licensed psychologists and postdoctoral residents) with a structure in place that provides financial security, work/life balance, and just the right amount of independence and support that works for you to serve clients at your best.
Clients can be anyone who you want them to be on the female(ish) identifying spectrum, couples, teen girls, or children of our existing clients. We are all about matching you with a caseload of your ideal clients and have had a lot of success in doing so with our current team.
We’re currently looking for an Art Therapist with an LCPC (or LCSW if that happens to be you) in the state of IL to expand our menu of services for new and existing clients. We love the idea of expanding options for creative emotional exploration and healing.
The candidate would work in-person (mostly, virtual some of the time if preferred) at a new office at 5215 N Ravenswood, Chicago that will be set up and supplied for all art therapy needs as well as traditional psychotherapy.
The position will be full-time (building up a caseload of 25 clients/week) with all the benefits. Open to considering someone who would like to start part-time at first (10-15 clients/week) with an intention to eventually become full-time.
We are a psychologist-run psychotherapy niche practice for women, couples, and teen girls! We are passionate about creating an empowering space within this spectrum! We believe that our participants are the happiest and get the best care when our team members have an excellent work-life balance.
While also having the structure of a supportive team, you will have the benefit of being a W2 employee. We offer health insurance through BCBS PPO (practice pays 50% of your premium), practice-paid life and long-term disability insurance, and a 401k with a 3% nonelective contribution. We help you market yourself to attract that caseload of contacts with as much independence as you'd like!
