We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area Sales Manager in Madison/Middleton market. In this role, you will support the sales efforts for the Hilton Garden Inn Madison West/Middleton, Courtyard by Marriott Madison West/Middleton and Residence Inn Madison West/Middleton. All three hotels are under new ownership and management and slated for new and exciting renovations.

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales efforts for all three hotels and will report to the assigned Area Director of Sales and Marketing, Area General Manager, and respective General Managers. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing relationships in order to secure new business through various sales methods.

• The ideal candidate must have previous hotel sales experience.
• Candidate will have a high level of energy combined with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a zest for sales.
• The ability and desire to conduct successful outside sales activities is required.
• Top skill level and efficiency for the purpose of soliciting business and developing new accounts along with nurturing existing client relationships is required.
• The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and possess an outgoing personality in order to better promote the hotel within the community.
