We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who understands the local market and can generate ideas that drive new sales. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed monthly sales targets. Our next area sales manager is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. Our sales managers are provided leads at no cost to help bring in new business as well as weekly bonuses, residual income, and benefits. Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development

  • The ability to close deals, and prospect new leads through a referral network
  • Connect with clients and be able to advise them on the best plan for their family's future
  • Track business and follow up with clients throughout the underwriting process

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
  • Stays organized and manage time well

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a sales role is preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude and the ability to overcome adversity

Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
