Hiring/Termination: It is your responsibility to hire employees.
Training: It is your responsibility to make sure employees are fully trained.
Safety: It is your responsibility to address any safety issues, such as an employee not using a wet floor sign. Inspect all the equipment to make sure it is all in safe working order. Make sure the employee has access to all SDS for all chemicals.
Inspections: We use an app for all inspections, Swept. You will be required to do an inspection at each of your properties once a month. After the inspection, you will address any concerns with the cleaning staff.
Team Builder: This is one of your most important responsibilities. Working with your employees to make sure they are well trained, happy with their job, and receive feedback from you.
Payroll: Each day you should fill out the payroll sheets with the provided tablet.
