GF Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Area General Manager. In this position, you will be based at our Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester with oversight of the Springhill Suites by Marriott Exton/West Chester and the Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Glen Mills Concordville.

The Area General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including improving financial performance, operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong management and hourly associate team. The Area General Manager must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with hotel owners and corporate offices, as required.

• Prior GM experience, 5 or more years
• Multi-unit experience ideal but not required if the right mix of professional and brand experience
• Ideal candidate should have Hilton/Marriott brand SOP and resources experience
• Proven track record of directing and motivating the management team to achieve and exceed goals
• Must possess excellent diplomacy and team-building skills
• We are searching for a high-energy individual who is sales oriented to drive top-line revenues
• The position requires leadership skills that allow General Manager to develop a team
