Exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area General Manager. In this role, you will be the on-property General Manager for our 400-room Hilton while overseeing two additional hotels.

Responsibilities

The Area General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including improving financial performance, operational and financial controls, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction scores, and developing and retaining a strong management and hourly associate team. The Area General Manager must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with hotel owners and corporate offices, as required. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer-Owned Division.

Qualifications

  • Prior GM experience, 3 or more years in a full-service hotel asset.
  • Proven track record of directing and motivating the management team to achieve and exceed goals. Must possess excellent diplomacy and team-building skills. We are searching for a high-energy individual who is sales oriented to drive top-line revenues. The position requires leadership skills that allow the General Manager to develop a team.
  • Hilton experience preferred but not required.
