We're looking for a talented Facilities Manager to join our Lark Hotels team in the Cape Cod area. This position will cover 4 of our locations within the Cape Cod region spreading from Provincetown to Falmouth. The primary function of this role will be to oversee the physical assets, including guest rooms, grounds, exterior appearance, and all equipment and shared spaces. The Area Facilities Manager will work with the operations team to ensure the presentation of the property to guests is exquisite, the functioning of the buildings and equipment are maintained in a cost-effective manner, and the property is safe for employees and guests alike. • Support the overall upkeep and maintenance of all Lark properties on Cape Cod in a proactive and preventative fashion, in conjunction with vendors, designers, other construction and contractor partners, and the onsite management in a coordinated and cost-effective manner to maintain grounds, exterior appearance, equipment functionality, and safety.
• Plan projects and budget in conjunction with the GM, RM, and other Lark Leaders to ensure alignment with budget and property performance.
• Take part in the evaluation of proposals spanning physical construction, HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration to determine the best course of action to resolve deficiencies or maintenance.
• Be knowledgeable of property-specific safety and security procedures, maintaining up-to-date maps of emergency shut-offs and key vendors.
• Regular maintenance of guest rooms, executing the repairs indicated by the property teams to ensure they are consistent with Lark Hotels standards.

• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Strong carpentry abilities.
• Familiarity and progressive experience working with Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration equipment.
• Basic electrical knowledge.
• Basic plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to understand verbal and written directions, as well as workplace safety signage
