Cyberbacker is looking for an energetic, go-getter that isn’t afraid of making new relationships in the Real Estate industry and beyond. This is a sales position, selling a company, not an actual product, however, building rapport in the industry will be the premise of selling the company. Business hours are typically Monday-Friday 9-5, however, the occasional Saturday would be needed depending on industry events.
- Visiting Real Estate offices and introducing them to Cyberbacker
- Discussing all that our company has to offer, how we can help build their business and give them more time for whatever it is they want/need more time to accomplish
- You will be responsible for finding office influencers that want to sign up to be an ‘associate’ of Cyberbacker, where they can use their office intel and offer the skills of a Cyberbacker to assist professionals within their office
- The associate is a commission-based position, and you would be in charge of finding those people and assisting them to correctly utilize their Cyberbacker and all of their skills that they offer
- The right person for this position is self-motivated and has excellent time management skills
- They must have a fantastic personality, and be able to get along with just about anyone
- This business is relationship-based and we expect the AD to be friendly, professional while building relationships
- Having rapport with clients is crucial to having the ability to sell the Growth Associate concept and send all leads to our Growth (sales) department.
- Previous sales experience is required with an emphasis in marketing.
$45,000 to $50,000 annually
