We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to join our independent insurance agency. In this role, you will be responsible for making 200+ calls per day to connect the current insured with our agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be bilingual, and have a lot of enthusiasm! Insurance experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again

Connect current insured without independent insurance agency

Qualifications
  • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process
  • One year of work experience in sales
  • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued
Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000 yearly
