• Follow up with leads generated by our marketing efforts
• Utilize a CRM to track and update customer information
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
• Approach customers in a professional and educative manner

• Proven experience in customer service or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• High School diploma; some college is always a plus
