Our busy mortgage office is looking for a caring, enthusiastic, tech-savvy, self-starter appointment setter to join our team as a telemarketer full-time. This role is a perfect fit for a friendly and outgoing person who loves to meet new people, is comfortable talking on the phone, and would love to work with a family-oriented company whose culture embraces having a work-life balance while having fun in the process. 😁
This role requires you to work closely with warm leads to set appointments that were already generated by our top-producing loan officer, conduct follow-up calls from a customer database, and follow up on the required documentation needed to complete a mortgage application so that we can keep our top producer on the field bringing in more business.
A script is provided for you, but you'll need to think on your feet to respond to client questions and concerns. A strong ability to multitask is a must. Ideally, you have at least one year of experience working in a phone sales or outbound cold calling role - previous mortgage and inside sales experience would be helpful but not required.
