We’re rapidly expanding and we’re looking for a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll convert warm leads into new clients and turn existing customers into repeat business.   • NO CAP on bonuses earned
  • Option to work remotely post-training (based upon performance)
  • Required to work in-office during training **OFFICE IS IN SAN MARCOS, CA**

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
  • Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
  • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
  • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
  • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
Compensation
$20 hourly
