You’ve got a great personality and love talking to people?

We are the largest real estate group in our market, but we're just getting started. We are looking for an inside sales representative who is driven, has a strong work ethic, and wants to be part of a winning team. If you have experience in prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • This position is 100% database conversion / appointment setting / relationship building 
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
  • Partner with sales agents to successfully engage potential buyers and sellers

Qualifications

  • Determined mindset, coachable, resourceful, results-oriented, persuasive, assertive, honest, gregarious, and outstanding verbal communicator. We don't care about experience. We care about attitude
  • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • A New Jersey Real Estate license, or willingness to get one

Compensation
$50,000 - $70,000 yearly
