Responsibilities
  • Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
  • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients

  • Maintain all logs and notes in our CRM
  • Set appointments for the outside sales agents (OSA)
  • Make concise notes and include any details that the client tells you that will help the OSA when they meet with the client
  • Reschedule appointments if the client no-shows
  • Practices memorizes, and internalize scripts

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Possess superb customer service skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and communication skills

  • Ability to uncover potential sales opportunities
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming leads from sources
  • Ability to maintain all logs and notes in our CRM

Compensation
$18 hour
