Answers phones and make calls to schedule vehicle service appointments, handles all aspects of recall management as well as assists service advisors with customer communication. Makes calls to customers who have maintenance/service due for their vehicles and schedules appointments, and any other activities that fall within the scope of the position.
The schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays. Sundays we are closed.
Salary: $13 to $17 an hour. There are easily attainable bonuses.
