Keller Williams is looking for a talented Agent Services/ Marketing Coordinator to act as the point of contact for agents. We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter who is willing to take charge and requires minimal supervision. We are looking for a customer service-oriented administrator to serve the agents and clients at the highest level. We are a tech-driven company and must be able to embrace and understand the tech tools provided.

Ideal Candidate:

You have administrative experience. Real Estate industry preferred but NOT required. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects efficiently with staying focused. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Create a positive work environment for those around you with an energetic personality. You can work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary.


Areas of Focus:

  • Oversee and Implement Social Media & Marketing
  • Assist and guide agents in the first 90 days with our office
  • Assist and provide support to the leadership team
  • Manage day to day front office operations
  • Answers phone and manage email
  • Develop and manage systems, checklists and procedures
  • Software proficiency such as Canva, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and ability to learn industry programs.
