We’re looking for an enthusiastic, professional receptionist to join our team! You’ll play a crucial role as the face and first point of contact for our organization. Other responsibilities including answering phone calls and email, processing commission checks and deliveries, and other assignments as needed to ensure efficient business operations. Job seekers should take pride in their work, be passionate about helping others, and have an interest in growing with our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries
  • Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
  • Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
  • Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
  • Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.

  • Assist with Training and Education calendar, events and social media accounts

Qualifications
  • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
  • Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
Compensation
$16 - $18 hourly
