The Agent Services Coordinator will be friendly, professional and possess a passion for serving our Associate Partners. As a key member of the Leadership Team, they will deliver consistent exceptional service aligned with the growth, retention and profit goals of the Market Center.

The right person can handle a wide range of responsibilities, be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. This person should be a self-starter who is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Agent Services Coordinator must be able to move with a sense of urgency to ensure he/she takes care of their Agent’s needs in a timely manner.


  • Agent on-boarding and exit processes
  • Agent technology set-up and ongoing tech support
  • Manages all special events and trainings at the market center
  • Creates marketing materials, draft emails, press releases, awards and flyers
