As our Agent Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the Executive Team, and the soul that keeps us moving forward! The Agent Services Coordinator must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others.
The Agent Services Coordinator will assist the Leadership Team of the largest single real estate office in Charleston with all agent intake and exit processes. This person will be the go-to person for all the agents within the office. This person should be a self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision while also having a strong drive to discover their true strengths and next level of success. The Agent Services Coordinator must be able to move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of their agent’s needs in a timely manner. Most of all, this person must love to work hard and have fun doing it!
This role will also require a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with all levels of the organization. You must have a great sense of humor, and the ability to be flexible and change direction at a moment's notice. 

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all agent on-boarding and pipeline management
  • Develop and streamline the transition processes for new Agents/Teams
  • Organize and maintain a system to assist the Team Leader and Market Center Team in effectively recruiting and retaining real estate agents.
  • Liaison between Agents and the resources of Keller Williams
  • Lead Social Media management and marketing
  • Have a technology-based mind with a desire to learn and utilize within the organization
  • Communicate through email, phone & all social media platforms

Compensation
$14 - $17 hourly
