The Agent Operations & Services Coordinator is instrumental in the day-to-day office operations for the brokerage, identifying opportunities for streamlining and increasing productivity as well as continued customer service to our Agents amongst the Agent Services team. 

Responsibilities


  • Work with leadership to resolve conflicting priorities and overseeing project management, set achievable goals and oversee project progress
  • Have a complete understanding on all operating procedures, systems and tools to act as a resource for the business
  • Suggest and deploy new tools, technologies, best practices, tips and insights to make us more efficient
  • Oversee all aspects of our real estate agent network, from on-boarding, retention and severing
  • Put our customer (agents) first in every aspect of the day-to-day operations, supporting them so they can best support their client
  • Become a brand expert 
  • Oversee and approve all office orders
  • Work with 3rd party vendors for optimized office functionality
  • Manage our education opportunities internally and externally, coordinating and planning the classes and events


Qualifications

  • Real Estate experience preferred, but not required if you're the right candidate, including: understanding of real estate terminology and disclosures, standard real estate office and agent practices
  • Must be tech savvy, with the ability to research and pick up new programs and systems quickly with minimal guidance
  • Must possess stellar time management skills
  • Must be people-oriented to promote our positive company culture
  • Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure, including: sometimes managing a heavy personal workload, resolving complaints in a polite and professional manner and building positive rapport throughout the office
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to discuss challenges in employee productivity, motivate employees and agents, and be an overall team player


Compensation
$36,000 - $42,000 yearly
