The Agent & Event Coordinator will directly create and execute client, agent, and community events that build the brand image while directly focusing on customer creation and client retention for all locations. The Agent & Event Coordinator will manage the communication of events to agents, customers, and clients to ensure that each event is a success as defined by leadership.
The Agent & Event Coordinator will also create, order, maintain and manage all print materials including 8x8 marketing, agent inserts, real estate signage, open house directional signs, promotional items, and closing gifts. The Agent & Event Coordinator will take responsibility to keep supplies at an approved level and will manage the storage and distribution of these materials.
The Agent & Event Coordinator will be a direct contact for all agents and will assist with all leadership-approved marketing projects for the agents. The Agent & Event Coordinator will also be responsible for reviewing the expectations of each location and providing a clear understanding of what services are and are not provided and when those services are available and applicable per location.
